Our beginnings

 can be traced back to 1995 when as general manager of the Amadeus Centre, Richard Platings - together with Isobel Montgomery Campbell - decided they could improve on the corporate Christmas season provided by various event companies using the venue, by creating their own production.

The immediate success of Christmas Past Present & Future and the variety of themes that followed over the next seven years attracted clients including Moet & Chandon, Hodder & Stoughton, ICI, Edelman Worldwide, Bell Pottinger, Grayling UK and Sri Lanka Airlines.

In hosting wedding receptions and parties throughout the year, client demand has led to the development of a wide range of stunning lighting designs and innovative decorative effects. Redcat Lighting has been formed to provide a bespoke lighting, decorative and event management service to the private and corporate hospitality sectors.
